Junior Policies & Rules
Oxshott Netball Club is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of all its members.
Members are encouraged to be open at all times and to share any concerns or complaints that they may have about any aspect of the club.
The club believes that it is important that members, coaches, administrators and parents associated with the club should, at all times, show respect and understanding for the safety and welfare of others.
As a member of Oxshotts Junior Netball Club you are expected to abide by the following junior club rules:

To become a member an affiliation fee must be paid, this enables the club to register all girls to England Netball. They are then eligible to play in all organised matches/tournaments.

All members must play within the rules and respect officials and their decisions.

All members must respect their opponents.

Members must wear suitable kit – correctly tied trainers, no jewellery and appropriate clothing according to weather conditions for training and matches. Match kit must be worn for any competitive matches.

Junior members are not allowed to smoke on club premises or whilst representing the club at competitions.

Junior members are not allowed to consume alcohol or drugs of any kind on the club premises or whilst representing the club.
PHOTO CONSENT
If you wish to take photos or video footage at any games, matches or training sessions please ensure you register your camera with a member of the coaching team.

MEDICAL INFORMATION
For the safety of your child it is important that the Club is informed of any medical condition or allergies that may be relevant should your child fall ill or be involved in an accident while at the Club.
